Scott brings over 34 years of extensive experience in the employee benefits and enrollment world as a carrier representative, benefits broker and corporate officer. Playing a key role in helping establish EBC from the start, he joined the company full time in 2014. Prior, he had operated his own brokerage company launched in 1990. Scott is responsible for controlling EBC’s budget and overseeing all aspects of operational management.
